In our discussion of 'Words of Affirmation' we in the Moms group realized that some of us are not very familiar with this 'Love Language'. Perhaps we seldom heard it in our childhood and feel awkward speaking these words to those we love. 'Validation' is a video clip that illustrates the effect of words of affirmation (even when spoken to strangers) and gets our ears attuned to this language.
